1. What is the Syteline User Network, formerly IMUG,
Frontstep User Network, and Symix User Group?

It is an organization of interested companies or professional individuals
who come together in a common environment to maximize their investment
of the SYMIX / SyteLine / MAPICS / Infor software products through the
cooperative exchange of ideas among members and with Infor.

2. What are the dues, when are they paid, and to whom?
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
There are two (3) types of memberships:
(a) Full Member - ($135.00 US / year) A Full Member is a party that is a licensed Infor™ software package end user not involved in reselling, supporting or servicing of Infor software and has paid the appropriate membership dues.
(b) Affiliate Member – ($220.00 US / year) An Affiliate Member is a “Certified” Infor™ Partner that sells Infor™ software, computer hardware or software, support or services to support the use of the Infor™ software package and has paid the appropriate membership dues.
(c) Supporting Member - ($500.00 US / year) A Supporting Member is a party that sells computer hardware or software, support or services to support the use of the Infor™ software package and has paid the appropriate membership dues.
Dues to the Syteline User Network are payable at the beginning of each calendar year, Jan 1 and good through Dec 31.

4. What is the structure of the organization?

The user group is an international organization primarily based in North America. The user group Board of Directors is made up of four (4) officers (with 2-year alternating terms) and five(5) regional directors (1 yr terms, no term limits). The officers are President, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer, Communication Coordinator, and directors are as follows:
Central East (AL, GA, SC, FL, IN, KY, MI, MS, OH, TN)
Northeast (CT, DE, ME, MA, MD, NC, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VA, VT, WV)
Southwest (AR, AZ, CA, CO, HI, LA, KS, OK, MO, NM, NV, TX, UT)
Central West (AK, ID, IL, IA, MN, MO, MT, NE, ND, OR, SD, WA, WI, WY)
Canada / International - the rest of the world!
Each of these regions has several local groups established in cities
where there is a concentration of users. Some local groups have dues in
addition to the SUN membership dues of ($135 USD). Members of the Syteline
User Network are invited and encouraged to attend any and all available
meetings in any state or country. We considered this organization to be
borderless and members can visit any meeting anywhere.

5. How do I join?
