Conference Rates for Syteline End-Users are as follows:

SUN Member Single Day Rate $199 (one day only - must declare which day attending in the online registration form).
Non Member Rate $699

Hotel Transportation: If you are flying to the Nashville airport for the Conference you have the following options:
1. Taxi. These are regulated by the city of Nashville. A one-way trip from the airport to the hotel is a flat rate of $25.
Same rates apply on the return trip. If there is more than 1 of you in your party, this is your best option!
2. Airport shuttle. The airport shuttle will cost $12 one-way and $20 round trip from the airport to the hotel. Per person.
Note that the airport shuttle will also stop off at other different hotels along the way - it is not dedicated to the Sheraton
hotel only! Be advised - tt may take awhile to get to hotel.
3. Rent a car.
All 3 above options can be found / purchased at the lower level of the Nashville airport.

Conference Education Day: will be held on Wednesday, May 5th.
We will be holding 4-5 Education sessions during this day from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm with an hour lunch break in between. Education Day Rate is $99 per person, regardless of SUN Membership status.

1. "Syteline 8 Personalization" by RSVP
2. "Crystal Reports and TransAct SQL" by DRI
3. "US Sales Tax Trends and Direction" by Avalara
4. "SyteLine Costing Workshop - Standard vs. Actual" by Infor

Conference Information & Registration: We will have a Conference Registration & Information Booth set up at the entrance of the Conference (2nd Floor of the hotel) for your convenience. Look for the SUN banner at the booth!
Booth Hours are as follows:
Wednesday, May 5th: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Thursday, May 6th: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Friday, May 7th: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

The SUN Lounge: We are pleased to provide Conference attendees with computer stations located in the Conference area where you can check your email and browse the internet for information. The Lounge will be sponsored by a SUN Certified Affiliate.

The Infor Top Gun Lab: We are pleased to provide Conference attendees access to the Top Gun Lab sponsored by Infor. Take a test drive on the latest version of Syteline 8, and speak to a live Syteline Top Gun specialist!

Conference Welcome Reception: will be held on the evening of Wednesday, May 5th from 5:00 - 7:30pm
The SUN would like to welcome you to the Conference with a Cocktail Party Reception sponsored by all the SUN Vendors in the Vendor Expo! (Included with your Conference Registration)

Conference Evening Event: Thursday evening, May 6th. Graham Central Station Club.
Be sure you are ready to go "Back To The Syteline Future" with an 80's Retro Party! 7:00 pm to Midnight!
Dinner and Entertainment. Party on the roof and dance to the music of the Square Pegz!

Companion Rate is $49 per person. This is for someone to attend the Evening Event, but is not actually attending the rest of the Conference.
