Watchfire Signs(WF), a long-term Syteline customer, realized it needed to modernize analytics to support future acquisitions and keep its ownership group supplied with information requests as it grew its organization organically and through acquisitions. After reviewing Birst, a move to Infor’s cloud-based BI platform was a no-brainer; not only did it greatly simplify the overall architecture supporting analytics, but it would also allow them to build out financial reporting in parallel with its more extensive program of moving to CSI.

By engaging with Agile Dragon Group, Watchfire moved its standard financial reporting to the Cloud within less than eight weeks of effort. It transitioned off of its homegrown Access-based financial reporting. This event will focus on an overview of the solution Watchfire now leverages daily and the path it used to get there.

Adam Grimes- Watchfire's CFO will review the organizational drivers, how this solution met the needs for financial reporting to management, and the opportunities Watchfire sees across their business.

Alex Muhel - Watchfire Controller tasked with the financial day-to-day activities, will review how this has simplified his processes and allowed him to reduce the number of spreadsheets and calculations he has to manage to support the business’s need for visibility.

Craig Vigor- Agile Drago Group, Head of Customer Success, will review the process to get Watchfire up on Birst and into production in the Cloud.
